ABOUT US
I started weaving because I wanted to live in Donegal forever.
In 2018 I began apprenticing under Master Weaver John Heena, weaving on his collection of Donegal flying shuttle looms. I went on to earn my Masters of Science in Textile Design in 2023. After earning my degree I worked in industry as a Jacquard Designer in North Carolina at a vertical weaving mill designing high performance upholstery fabrics before returning to Donegal to set up girsí
